Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Data Administrator to support our Data Squad. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective management of various administrative tasks.
• Manage and oversee time-tracking processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all Data Team timesheets.
• Utilise JIRA to effectively manage and prioritise tasks for the Data Squads, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation.
• Oversee budget management, including proper time billing for Data teams and capitalising spend when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for stakeholder presentations, ensuring clear and professional communication of project progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate and organise stakeholder meetings and presentations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Data Leadership Team, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities as required.
