Data Architect at Sanlam Group

What will you do?

• Perform overall architecture design, performance tuning and implementation of  Data analytical solutions.
• Implement end-to-end data analytics solutions (Investigate, recommend and implement data ingestion and ETL performance through visualization) for large-scale, complex client environments.
• Work with application developers to ensure that data model is aligned with application design.
• Work with business architecture to ensure that the data structures in place meet the business requirements.
• This function requires Strategic Execution in decision making, required actions involved and the impact thereof.

Qualifications and Experience required

• Matric.
• Relevant Application Certifications, Optional (Computer  Degree).
• No less than 10 year's experience in architecting, developing, and deploying ETL workloads.
• No less than 10 year's Data and Information Architect.
