Role Description

• Customer Satisfaction - The Customer Survey Report will be used as a measuring tool for this indicator.
• Processing - Ensure timeous processing and adherence of deadlines.
• Efficiency - Ensure information to be captured accurately and documentation recorded with precision.
• Risk Management - Ensure information to be captured accurately and documentation recorded with precision and there are no repetitive errors

Key Performance Areas 

• Verifying Site GPS Coordinates.
• Verifying Site Addresses.
• Capturing SAP Real Estate and SAP Function Location Site, Building and Land data.
• Performing monthly Customer Satisfaction and Cleaning and Hygiene Surveys.
• Updating BMW Floor and Room Data on SAP.
• Updating SharePoint with Relief Notices.
• Compiling Risk Notification Packs from input received.
• Performing Risk Notification Closures on SAP from input received.
• Updating of ISO documents on SharePoint.

Experience

• 3-5 years Data Capturing experience
• Knowledge of SAP Real Estate and Function Location would be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel would be advantageous.
