• The Research and Conference Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with publication research support and coordinating internal conference registrations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Publication Research Support:

• Assist in identifying and compiling relevant research materials, journals, and conference proceedings.
• Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing research projects.
• Track and document publication deadlines and submission requirements

Conference Registration Coordination:

• Oversee internal processes for registering for conferences.
• Coordinate with attendees to collect required information and ensure timely registration.
• Manage communication with conference organisers regarding registration
• Register clients for events
• Maintain accurate records of registrations and attendance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative support .
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
