Data Scientist at Communicate Recruitment

Job description:

• You will be required to detect and develop Predictive and Prescriptive Models while interpreting data structures across a multitude of organizational databases to provide insights in data and processes that will assist in continuous business improvement.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Data Scientist role
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantitative analytics, data modelling and algorithmic programming
• Prior experience in leading end-to-end data science projects is essential
• Proficient in R or Python is non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of Java, SQL, DCS, no SQL or PostgreSQL is advantageous

Qualification:

• Matric
• Completed Degree or National Diploma in a quantitative field of study (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related)
