Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Building, implementing, and maintaining of sales propensity models
• Continuous improvements to model building and implementation methodology
• Data analysis and reporting focusing on Sales operations and performance
• Identifying, designing, and piloting different lead performance initiatives
• Collaborating with external providers on methods to better utilise and optimize leads
• Performing the monthly Outbound lead selections on internally scored datasets
• Design strategies on optimizing lead usage across company sales channels
• Assistance with ad-hoc operational and sales related queries

• Programming skills in MS SQL, Oracle, Python or R is advantageous
