Data Specialist at Nedbank

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Data Specialist who will be responsible for the full lifecycle analysis of our digital clients. In this role you will be required to mine data to deliver first party data required for campaigns, report of success of campaigns and genral reporting and customised requests. Our Ideal candate is an individual who has experience in Digital Sales Analytics.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing data details and accuracy ensuring that the data being converted is viable and accurate
• Evaluating existing databases and system
• Verify that our client’s system is able to integrate, and store data being converted
• Overseeing data mapping processes
• Managing the entire data conversion process
• Creating custom solutions, customize databases and software to meet client data storage needs
• Research data sources and make any corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy of the information being recorded.
• Generate Reports, present reports covering workflow and workflow disruptions, exceptions, costs and analysis results.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Minimum Experience Level

• 3-5 years experience in data / statistical analysis and Project Management in a financial environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing and/or data analytics
• Experience in using MyBI toolsets
• Experience with SQL Reporting
