Debt Review Restructure Officer at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To achieve operational excellence and superior client experience through executing the end-to-end debt review activities and delivering in accordance with the organisational and industry strategies; rules and regulations.
• This includes Debt Review Originations, Certificate of Balance, Proposals, Legal, Restructures, Payment Management, Terminations, Reinstatements, Administration, Service Fulfilment, and Specialised Debt Review Teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications

• Matriculation / Tertiary and Debt Review Certifications will be an advantage
• Training Courses: Debt Review Role Based Accreditation / Advanced Debt Review Programme / Paralegal

Experience Required 

• 1-2 years banking/business exposure in credit evaluations/Legal/ administrative/customer service role and/or debt review role

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Technical Competencies

• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word) and knowledge of product and collections and debt review systems,
• Computer literacy, Services skills, accounting/budgeting skills, risk management ability, legal; credit evaluation skills.

• Good verbal and written communication,
• Good numerical ability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and make a positive contribution
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
