Debtors Clerk (Afrimat Contracting International Pty Ltd, Henley on Klip) at Afrimat

Duties and responsibilities

• The processing of customer receipts & invoices on an ERP system
• The preparation and finalization of debtors reconciliations
• Monitoring and reconciliation of sub ledger control accounts
• Monitor and review list of outstanding receipts
• The preparation of daily and month-end EFT receipts
• Liaison internally with site managers and sales department
• Liaison with external customers
• Maintaining of proper filing system

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Requirements

• Grade 12
• Further financial training will be advantageous
• 1-2 years’ experience in debtors administration
• Have knowledge and experience with ERP software (Preferably Accpac)
• Write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be prepared to work after hours when needed
• Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• No criminal record
• Assisting in preparation for internal and external audits
