    Debtors Clerk - Roodepoort

    Requirement

    • Be immediately available
    • Preferably reside in the Greater Roodepoort area
    • Own vehicle essential
    • Minimum 2 years pure Debtors experience
    • Matric certificate is essential
    • Must be fully qualified to do all aspects of credit control
    • Debtors understanding or related tertiary qualification an advantage
    • Computer Literate
    • Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge essential
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Must be able to work under pressure
    • Code 8 driver’s license
    • Proven track record

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with opening of new accounts
    • Assist to review existing accounts
    • Assist in monthly debtor contact reviews
    • Required to assist with phoning for cash at month end or any other period
    • Ensure filing and record keeping are accurate and up to date
    • Will be required to apply for bank codes for new account and review accounts monthly
    • Will be required to take out credit reports for new account and review accounts monthly
    • From time to time it may be required of you to perform duties outside the normal scope of your work
    • Uphold the Company’s code of ethics and standard practices.
