The Role

• Our client in Plettenberg Bay is looking for an experienced Debtors and Creditors Clerk to assist their Accountant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inputting of all debtors and creditors entries.
• Handling of debtors and creditors queries.
• Debt collecting.
• Daily cash ups.
• Answering emails.
• Answering the phone.
• Admin duties.
• Filing.
• Skills and Experience

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Matriculation together with relevant tertiary qualifications if possible.
• At least four years of working experience.
• MS Office together with Pastel Evolution / Sage Pastel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Very good interpersonal skills with a warm and cheerful personality.
• Ability to learn new skills.
• Team player.
• Sufficiently mature to be able to work alone.
• Driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle.
