Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Experience with data visualisation platforms such as Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advantageous

• Experience within agriculture, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of CRM or customer data platforms..
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients.
• Develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
• Present analytical findings to support strategic decision-making.
• Recommend improvements to reporting processes and data quality.

Administration & Data Management

• Capture and maintain accurate data within company systems.
• Ensure data is received in the correct format and processed within required timelines.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
• Verify client documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Escalate data or documentation discrepancies where necessary.

Client Service & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Provide responsive, high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure client information is processed accurately and confidentially.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and service delivery.
