    Delivery Integration Lead - Studio X

    The Role

    The Delivery/Integration Lead is a crucial part of the leadership team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing PMO & campaign delivery across multi-channel global campaigns and accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for leading a charter and bringing value by building strong client relationships and agency teams to Analyse, solve and present viable integrated solutions that move the client’s business into the next realm of marketing excellence and consumer experience.
    • Responsible for leading the client and assigning and managing the agency squad team(s) who are charged with executing end to end solutions for each charter.
    • Responsible for successful delivery of all project’s briefs within an operating unit
    • Oversight across the entire portfolio to ensure consistent delivery and projects are delivered on time and on brief.
    • Translate business briefs into thoughtful, consumer end to end agency briefs: expertly leading and creating clarity and definition around client brand charters.
    • Develop toolkits for the dissemination of these solutions to regional and local agency teams.
    • Pull together and manage the team who will execute the creative vision of the strategies the Integrated team creates.
    • Brief, inspire, and work alongside the team to deliver innovative and creative solutions for each charter.
    • Manage and act as a primary day-to-day senior client contact across several large-scale projects.
    • Lead on strategic development of consumer experience journeys, creative ideation, production, and flawless execution
    • Identify which agency teams are best suited to provide solutions to the charter at hand & within budget. (Resource planning & cost control)
    • Work with key Capability Leads to ensure development delivers against the integrated vision.
    • Partner with Category Leads to develop a vision for the brands outside of charters, advising long-range planning.
    • Own the integration and shared vision for experimentation at scale in charters.

    Key Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, Marketing, Advertising, Digital or similar
    • Knowledge of integrated business delivery operations within the advertising environment.
    • Goal oriented, success in managing through ambiguity and change in a fast paced, complex environment
    • Strong people management, and organisational development acumen
    • Resource planning
    • Cost control / budget planning and management
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills – have the ability to synthesize, develop and present clear and concise recommendations
    • Client-facing experience
    • Ability to lead the day-to-day projects
    • Has a background in operations, business finances and/or client services
