    Reconciling Clerk - Polokwane

    Job Description    
    Purpose of the job

    • Driver Reconciliation, proper route stock control, filing and other adhoc duties.

     Responsibilities

    • 100% accurate driver reconciliation
    • Ensuring that all POD’s returned are valid and marked off the system.
    • Ensuring all customer claims are processed accurately and on time.
    • Proper route stock control
    • Participation in invocoms
    • Allocation of cash received to the relevant driver.
    • Sending of reports
    • Attending to admin queries and meeting the deadlines

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Experience Requirements    
    • 3-5 years’ experience
    • FMCG experience an advantage.

    Qualification Requirements    
    Education
    :

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification will be essential.
    • Proficiency in MS Projects and MS Office is desira Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a BTech/B.Sc. in Food Science are also desirable.

    Experience Requirements    
    Essential
    :  

    • 5-6 years of project management with Agile experience
    • 3-5 years of work experience in an FMCG environment

    Desirable:

    • 1-2 years of LSS Greenbelt certification
    •   3-5 years of work experience in product/packaging development

    Key Outputs    
    Job Objectives:

    • Support and Guide: Assist the product owner in project scoping, planning, and resource allocation using AGILE methodologies to ensure on-time and complete delivery. (OTIF)
    • Project Governance: Implement and manage the gate project management process, optimising return on investment and ensuring good project governance. Gate outcomes include: 1Idea/concept Phase, sense-checking of project viability, 2pilot and scalability, 3production or manufacturing, 4listings and launch, and 5review of projects after 6- and 12-month periods for organisational learning and best practices.
    • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain a project knowledge repository (digital platform) for all projects, facilitating the understanding of internal and industry best practices, and ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation on all aspects of AGILE.
    • Timeline Management: Support project execution by assisting project owners in managing project timelines to meet outcome and deliverable deadlines OTIF.
    • Risk Mitigation: Mitigate project risks and remove obstacles by leading cross-functional support meetings for all categories.

    • Be familiar with PLC operated plant
    • Have worked at least in a 20 ton per hour Mill

    Sales Assistant - Mthatha

    Job Description    

    • Assist the Driver/Salesman in daily delivery of Premier products and where applicable assist the Driver/Salesman in cash and tray collection.
    • Check company products as per loading sheet and sign
    • Adhering to standard departure times
    • Take responsibility for vehicle safety and hygiene
    • Collect cash from the customers and cash in daily (where applicable)
    • Offloading of product at customers
    • Report all accidents immediately to the transport department and Service Manager
    • Assist driver with Truck reversing as per company SOP

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Code 10 drivers license and PDP (advantageous)

    Experience Requirements    

    • 1-2 Years’ experience FMCG industry (advantages)
