Delivery Lead: Salesforce - Sandton at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• To effectively lead and guide the team responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of all product features, as well as handling support and maintenance tasks within Capitec Bank Operations.
• Supervise the continuous efforts aimed at enhancing efficiency, optimisation, innovation, and personnel development within these operational domains.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing solutions that encompass various platforms, incorporating integration and authentication across systems, and effectively communicating design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations. Capable of overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions and fostering trusted relationships with product teams.

Experience

Minimum:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in software development management, which includes leading technical teams.
• Take charge of Salesforce platform implementation engagements, offering leadership throughout the engagement process. Assess engagement performance, identify risk issues, and evaluate their impact on solution and service delivery commitments.
• Effectively manage product teams' expectations during the delivery process, ensuring that the values we deliver align with their expectations.
• Oversee the quality management process, conducting milestone reviews, managing process performance, and leading continuous improvement and analysis activities.
• Stay vigilant of all issues that may affect the team, project, or program, including potential risks.
• Develop and implement team resource strategies and contingency plans.
• Foster the creation and maintenance of high-performance teams.

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Technology - Programming
