Delivery Manager at Metso

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects or services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, BL Project Manager and other stakeholders during the delivery phase
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, operations, and support
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
• Track and report on key delivery metrics and KPI’s
• Facilitate regular status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance

WHO YOU ARE

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in project or delivery management
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in same or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Elementary analytical skills and bias for action and detail-oriented behaviors are required
• Ability to collect data & information to make analysis & recommendations
• Awareness of optimization and costs and performance results is welcomed
• Motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
• Communication, co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Travelling is not required on a regular bases
