Main Purpose of Job
Practical Data Science (including MLOps, AI, machine learning, statistics) providing business value to our clients through advanced analytics. Responsible for algorithm and model development and deployment of models in business according to project delivery requirements
Differentiators for the Role
• Technical expert with problem solving capabilities
• Able to work independently in the application of Deloitte Methodologies and tools
• Understanding of model development, general data analytics algorithms and data science concepts
• Capture client requirements and analyse relevant information
Strategy Specialized / Technical Capabilities
• Advanced analytics and Model development
• Implementing data science and analytics pipelines
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake/Other)
Technical Competencies
• Cloud experience (preferable) (Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake/Other)
• Methodology experience (Agile, DataOps, MLOps, Other)
• Data Science and advanced analytics experience
• Consulting experience (preferable)
• Experience in development using Python
Behavioural Competencies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop & grow technical teams
• Objective oriented with strong client delivery focus
• Focus on quality and risk
• Sound problem solving ability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering or related Degree
• 4 years working experience
