Main Purpose of Job
Develop and implement robust and well considered Industry marketing strategies aligned to the business strategy and objectives for the Energy & Resources and Consumer Business Industries.
Key Performance Areas
Strategic Impact
Interrogates, clearly understand and communicates the agreed strategic objectives of the industry and of C&I as a whole and translates this into a marketing strategy that supports the firm in achieving its Industry revenue targets
Understands service offerings and products of the firm and understands and supports the business growth targets, remaining current on industry performance, client news and market developments
Financial management
Provides input into annual budget to line manager and Industry strategist for drafting of marketing budget.
Compile campaign budgets and campaign performance reports for stakeholders.

Main Purpose of Job
As part of the Africa Corporate Affairs, Communications, team, the experienced communications consultant will support a variety of communications needs both internally and externally. The role will be responsible for executing against our communications strategies and plans. Key outcomes are:
Collaborate with internal client services and business communication leads for coordinated, on-brand and relevant, impactful internal communication activations.
Position the brand through sourcing, producing and publishing content on the firm's owned communication channels as well as relevant third-party sites.

To develop and implement a pipeline of business in the realm of Learning & Development /Executive Education
Key Performance Areas:
Business development
Establishes a business development strategy that aligns with the priority focus areas of the firm
Business development strategy must include the nature of the products, target sectors and clients and revenue targets
Business development strategy will include a regular curriculum, bespoke events and marquee events to assist in achieving the business development objective
Drives business development activities directly with clients and leverages the business development activity and the market and client access of the firm to achieve business development goals
Leverages firm wide initiatives, e.g. client labs, exec and board programmes, etc, to support business development initiatives
Strategic impact
Contributes to input on strategy for Service Area based on area of expertise
