• An established and rapidly growing infrastructure business is seeking a commercially astute Deputy CFO to partner closely with the CFO during an exciting phase of strategic growth and transformation. This is a high-impact role that extends far beyond traditional finance, offering exposure to complex funding initiatives, capital structuring, acquisitions, financial modelling and large-scale business transformation projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting executive decision-making, evaluating investment opportunities, leading transaction-related finance workstreams and driving finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation. Working across both finance and operational teams, you will help shape the organisation's long-term growth strategy while strengthening financial processes, governance and commercial insight.
