An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Development Studies / Political Science / Economics or Town and Regional Planning;
A minimum of 3 years management experience; 3 years economic development experience; 5 years public sector project management experience; A valid (Code B or higher) driving license.
