Key Performance Areas
Manage and Coordinate the Annual Municipal Performance Report in terms of Section 47 of the Municipal Systems Act; Collect, Validate and evaluate municipal data and information relating to municipal compliance reports;
Prepare recommendations for municipal support and interventions; Manage amd analyse trends in municipal compliance through municipal monitoring and execute follow up research arising from municipal trend reports;
Plan and manage the work of and account for the overall performance of the Sub-directorate; People Management and Financial Management.

Public Finance Management Act, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations, other financial policies, prescripts, directives and collective agreements; Functioning of the province and the activities of sister departments/related functional areas; policies of the government of the day; Labour Relations legislation and regulations; Performance management in general;
