An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Commerce, Business Administration or related field; 3 years middle management experience;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in small business / MSME development; A valid (Code B or higher) driving license.

Develop, implement and monitor programmatic initiatives to facilitate MSME access to nonfinancial and financial support; Promote entrepreneurship to contribute towards an entrepreneurial culture;
Develop and implement strategies, policies, plans and programmatic initiatives for micro, small, and medium enterprise development;
Facilitate micro, small, and medium enterprise ecosystem collaboration and partnership; Provide strategic support to provincial and municipal enterprise initiatives; Administration (Financial Management and People Management).
