Grade 12 Certificate. Appropriate 3 year National Diploma (NQF level 6)/ Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Operations Management/ Management Services/ Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Management or relevant (equivalent) qualification. A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience of which three (3) must be at Assistant Director level. A valid drivers’ license. Job Evaluation Certificate.
