• Strong organizational skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or comparable certifications or experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with developers to produce effective strategies
• Build tools to reduce the occurrences of errors and improve the customer experience
• Evaluate product configuration according to specifications
• Visualise deployments
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Working on multiple projects at one time
