Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client in the mining sector is seeking qualified and experienced Diesel Mechanics (x4) to join their team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Valid Driver's License with PDP.
English and an African language (More than one preferable)
Must be able to read and write
5 years minimum Diesel mechanic's experience on maintenance, rebuilding and repairs.
Must have a red seal certificate as Diesel Mechanic
Must have knowledge of the following machines. Hitachi 870-5, Komatsu pc850, Volvo ex950, Volvo A40G, A40F and A60H, Volvo R60H, Komatsu HM400-2,3, Komatsu D65-16, D375-6,8 and Komatsu GD675.
Must be willing to work under pressure and work overtime.
Knowledge of rebuilding engines will be advantageous.
Must have own tools.
No criminal record
Must be medically fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Breakdown Maintenances
Planned and unplanned maintenance
Fault finding
Requisition of parts needed.
Follow up on breakdowns.
Rebuilds
Operating and maintaining
Completing checklists
Adhering to relevant regulations and safety standards.
