    Digital Campaign Specialist - Cape Town

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets. 
    • Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion. 
    • This involves, but not limited to: Assist with proposals where necessary Booking of campaigns into Asana and check against marketing calendar Insertion order and contract completion; ensure work does not commence without signed insertion orders) Prompt buyers and suppliers for briefs, check stock, align on brief objectives 
    • Liaise with client on creative assets; manage through to approval Liaise with clients on focus products, set up meetings etc
    • Plan, project manage, schedule, and implement comprehensive all advertising campaigns to achieve established marketing objectives
    • Compile POE once campaign is live on site 
    • Compile Full Report - Send a detailed report to clients Once campaign has ended, 
    • Work alongside the Performance campaign manager and Account managers on campaign strategies
    • Evaluate non-performers and connect with publishers to enhance campaign Monitor on schedule delivery and find ways to optimize based on client's success metrics 
    • Daily analysis of campaign performance and delivery Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies 
    • Schedule and book approved campaigns into Asana project management system, cross-referencing with the master calendars and google sheets
    • Participate in Telethon sales drive monthly Develop and implement advertising comprehensive digital Advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and achieve Advertising goals.
    • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channels Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content aligned with the overall strategy. 
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to suggest and implement innovative campaign ideas. 
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within the allocated resources. 
    • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors, when necessary, to support campaign objectives

    Qualification & Experience:

    • An advertising / marketing or related qualification (Higher Certificate).
    • Minimum 2  years digital campaign management experience
