    Digital Client Services/Account Manager

    Job Purpose:

    • Ability to manage and effectively deliver on multiple campaigns/projects with fast turnarounds.  
    • Able to communicate project status both internally and externally.  
    • To maintain and manage all client expectations and requirements. 
    • Monitor campaigns to ensure they achieve monthly campaign objectives.
    • To ensure excellent customer service is delivered timeously.
    • To proactively report to clients on the campaign status and feedback to the internal team.  
    • Required to manage all workflows and projects internally.   
    • Develop, maintain and grow existing client portfolio through excellent client services and relationship building.
    • Manage all communications, relevant administration, internal workflow and process requirements between client and agency.
    • Video calls with customers and email correspondence. 

    Required:

    • Excellent digital knowledge, including but not limited to social media platforms, Google Ads, campaign management, data analytics, lead generation, SEO etc.
    • Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written).
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Excellent time and project management skills.
    • Strong admin and client services skills.
    • Must be able to multitask and manage expectations.
    • Confidence and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing and challenging client environment.
    • 1-3 years experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
