We’re seeking a strategic and client-focused Digital Client Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, creating and executing custom digital strategies that drive engagement and growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with our SEO, content, design, and development teams to bring campaigns to life and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals
Manage and nurture long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems
Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and market trends
Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Present strategic reports, performance updates, and insights to clients
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts
Qualifications
3–5 years in a client-facing role in digital marketing, advertising, or a related agency environment
Proven success in developing and managing digital strategies
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
Experience using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other digital tools
Background in healthcare or medical marketing is a strong plus
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a remote environment
