• You’ll concept and build ideas across web, mobile, social, QR, AR, and gamification, working closely with developers to bring them to life. The focus is simple: create work people don’t just see, but engage with.

What you’ll do

• Turn briefs into interactive digital experiences
• Concept ideas across web, mobile, social + emerging tech
• Design user journeys that drive engagement and data capture
• Work with devs to bring ideas into production
• Build campaigns that blend creativity, tech, and performance

What you’re good at

• Problem-solving through creativity
• Thinking in systems, not just visuals
• UX/UI and digital product thinking
• Explaining complex ideas simply
• Making ideas actually work, not just look good

Toolkit

• Figma / Adobe Suite
• Basic understanding of web and digital flows
• Familiar with gamification, QR journeys, and social campaigns
• Bonus: AR, AI tools, interactive builds
