We are hiring a Digital Enablement Specialist who wants full ownership of automation design, workflow architecture, AI implementation, and internal tooling for the business, while actively growing and upskilling inside the role.
You get oversight and alignment support from the MD and the broader Enablement team, but you steer your world. If you want a role where you pitch ideas into a hierarchy and wait for approvals... this is not it. If you want a role where you get to decide direction, evolve your skillset, and then build and implement your solutions... this is it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build internal automation workflows across business functions
Implement and manage AI tools and integrations across teams
Develop and maintain internal tooling (dashboards, portals, process tools)
Salesforce development: flows, custom objects, integrations, and reporting
Power Tools like Power BI reporting and DAX development for operational visibility
Data infrastructure work: pipelines, database integrations, API connections
Identify automation opportunities and translate them into shipped solutions
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in automation, digital operations, or systems/tooling roles
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data and backend tasks
