    Digital Marketer - Corporate Realty

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related qualification is preferred.
    • Previous experience having worked in digital marketing is essential.
    • Excellent working knowledge in social media, SEO, display, web analytics and marketing automation is preferred.
    • Must have experience with leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns as well as website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc).
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is preferred.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is preferred.
    • Must be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Must have a strong grasp of current traditional and digital marketing tools.
    • Must understand consumer insights and how to use data to extract insights.
    • Must have the ability to work independently.
    • Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Improving consumer digital marketing experience as well as providing new and innovative approaches to the digital marketing and customer engagement strategy through the identification of new channels, tracking and media opportunities  
    • Plan and implement brand-aligned digital marketing campaigns (for consumers), including web, SEO/SEM, database, email, social media and display advertising.
    • Liaising with the global marketing team for guidelines and policies to ensure brand alignment globally.
    • Directing social media strategy across all digital channels.
    • Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights, and correcting/optimising spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Improving digital capability and strategy across the business.
    • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimising user experience.
    • Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Bringing new and innovative approaches to the digital marketing and customer engagement strategy through the identification of new channels, tracking and media opportunities.
    • Driving strategy and content creation and management of various social media platforms.
    • Growing digital communications and social media engagement.
    • Providing strategic guidance for digital media planning across paid and earned platforms, and supporting regional demand generation programs through execution.
