    Digital Marketing Assistant

    • We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to become part of our team for a 1-year contract assignment. This position offers crucial administrative assistance throughout the indirect eCommerce business and Paid Media channels, guaranteeing smooth operation of eCommerce activities, campaign management, and reporting. The perfect candidate is diligent, proactive, and excels in a fast-paced digital marketing setting.

    Your day to day

    Inventory Management

    • Act as a liaison between partners, PMSA Finance, Wholesale, and Distribution teams to facilitate smooth inventory processing.
    • Monitor partner stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and ensure timely reordering.
    • Track partner credit limits, inform partners of approaching limits, and bring up issues to the Digital Acquisition Manager.

    Reporting & Campaign Support

    • Coordinate with PMSA partners to collect and compile sales reports in a timely manner.
    • Support eCommerce promotions by assisting with internal briefings across websites, eCRM, and social media.
    • Provide administrative support for promotional activities and campaigns.

    New Business Onboarding

    • Assist in the administrative setup of new eCommerce partners.
    • Support testing requirements during onboarding to ensure a seamless integration.

    Paid Media Support

    • Serve as the point of contact between our external agency/partner and PMSA to facilitate the smooth execution of paid media campaigns.
    • Ensure the timely provision of essential campaign deliverables, including:
    • Weekly and monthly reports
    • Updates on outstanding tasks
    • Campaign elements and assets
    • Cost estimates and invoices
    • Proof of campaign flighting
    • Conduct digital out-of-home (DOOH) audits to ensure compliance with the PMI Marketing Code and local regulations.
    • Work closely with the PMSA Brand Team to develop and brief paid media content to agencies.
    • Assist in campaign testing to verify alignment with agency briefs and campaign requirements.
    • Maintain and update the AVP document for the Digital Marketing Team.
    • Provide administrative support for ad hoc business requests as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • A completed National Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, or Sales
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
    • Strong experience in eCommerce and knowledge of eCommerce platforms is crucial
    • Working experience in retail or logistics is advantages
