Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to assist our marketing team in the planning, executing and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
The Digital Marketing Executive will form part of the team that develops the overall digital roadmap & strategy and oversee the implementation & management thereof.
The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter and a progressive thinker, who can connect digital media to all other aspects of the business and drive growth. The Digital Marketing Executive needs to understand how our brand positions and messaging gets communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into the broader customer experiences.
The Digital Marketing Executive also handles the day to day operations of agency projects, including research, scope for growth (business development), creative briefings and job executions. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for agency contact, organising information sharing between all agencies and brand champions, and ensuring following processes and protocols.
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for achieving set KPI’s, meeting strategic, brand and business objectives by working with internal and external teams, to provide them with guidance/education to ensure fulfilment and executions of all strategies, campaigns and projects. The Digital Marketing Executive serves a vital role in promoting the integration of cross functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of all projects to the business.
Responsibilities:
Strategic
The role will develop digital marketing communication strategies for segment, product, retail and brand engagement campaigns.
Oversee the implementation of the digital marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing portfolio
Deliver effective digital marketing campaign plans to drive specific outcomes
Develop and implement digital content plans to support segment, product, retail and brand campaigns
Manage the timeous development and distribution of digital marketing communications material.
Manage, set digital media KPIs and oversee the marketing communications digital media placement on digital platforms to ensure optimum paid media ROI.
Develop data analysis reports & dashboards by campaign and share with brand champions and senior management.
Set digital platform KPIs by campaign and drive effective use of digital platforms like Google, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to drive campaign objectives and generate ROI.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in digital marketing
Digital Marketing Analytics
Recommend the best approach to build the capability for marketers to do behavioral targeting, segmentation and to build online personas and targeted audiences to enhance marketing activities.
Analyse traditional and digital consumer data and interpret findings to brand champions and senior management.
Analyse campaign performance, measure and report on performance and advise brand champions and senior management on improvements and optimizations.
On all digital campaigns, measure ROI and report on KPIs
Along with leading agency, optimise SEO and reporting of performance.
Work closely with brand champions and agency to ensure on-brand design, timeous uploading of campaign material, content, functionality, and accurate tracking of conversions (leads) and best SEO performance.
Monitor competitor’s activity and suggest proactive improvements
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Operational
Act as Custodian of all the digital assets and management thereof
Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Report, track and fix any errors or bugs in online content
Arrange webinars and webcasts with our dealer network to help with training and guidance
Daily management of agencies and vendors
Forecast sales performance trends
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion rates.
Brand Engagement
Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Website
Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness & also be actively involved in SEO efforts.
Along with agency, create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click ad management
Prepare and distribute online newsletters, email campaigns and promotional material through various channels.
