    Digital Marketing Manager

    What you will be doing:

    • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Conduct regular brand audits and market research to fine-tune positioning and strengthen our presence in the market.
    • Direct lead generation strategies through SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, while managing paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads, ensuring smooth tracking and management through Salesforce.
    • Oversee social media presence and website, keeping both fresh, engaging, and optimised for lead generation and customer interaction.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and freelancers to create impactful marketing materials that showcase our client's expertise in property development.
    • Monitor campaign performance and website traffic, using analytics to refine strategies and continually improve results.
    • Provide regular reports on key metrics and marketing successes to leadership, while managing relationships with external partners to ensure top-notch marketing outputs.

    What you need:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification, as well as certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar would be beneficial.
    • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign management, and measurable brand growth.
    • Experience in the property development or real estate sector is highly desirable, along with expertise in customer relationship management within this industry.
    • Proven success in using digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms like Mailchimp and Salesforce.
    • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to develop actionable strategies, optimise marketing spend, and improve ROI.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and developing innovative marketing ideas to engage customers and promote the brand.
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills, managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
