    Digital Strategist and Account Manager

    Who you are: 

    • You've probably got about 3-5 years experience in digital marketing and client-liaison with a focus on B2B markets. If you've marketed technology or software before, that would be advantageous, as would experience in an agency environment (digital/marketing/ad) and experience in executing inbound marketing strategies. You'll be comfortable delivering under pressure and you can demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a track record of results. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable talking to executive stakeholders, as well as the delivery team - internally and at the client. (Our clients are based in the UK and Europe so excellent spoken and written English is a must). 
    • You’ll be results-drive, and able to strategise, plan and execute in a highly organised manner. You will need to be comfortable with change, strive for excellence, be true to yourself and others, be able to work smart, and most importantly: not be a jerk.  
    • You should have experience in marketing automation/email campaign delivery, setup and analytics and an understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms. HubSpot experience is a plus. You should have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition and be literate in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Hotjar, HubSpot (or similar marketing automation software). 

    What you'll do:  

    Own the Client Engagement 

    • In order to consistently exceed client expectations you must first set and manage their expectations in line with their retainer. Naturally you'll also take care of key stakeholders throughout the engagement and conduct ongoing meetings as part of the service delivery process. 

    Set the Campaign Strategy 

    • Build client marketing game plans that are rooted in inbound, outlining content, search and social strategies, and work with the project manager and your delivery team to prioritise tasks and execute. You need to be highly organised, and you need to take the lead on making sure that every task is accounted for, measured and feeds into achieving client campaign goals. You need be able to get a client's commitment to being part of the process, and to sign off on key decisions. 

    Implement the campaign strategy 

    • You’ll be implementing areas of the strategy by working with your team, outsourcing to freelancers and relying on your own skills. You ensure the work gets done and delivered back to the client.  

    Run Struto’s marketing 

    • This is where you can get creative. You’ll be in charge of Struto’s own marketing and work closely with our MD to set up strategies that generate leads and close business. You’ll support the sales team with leads and with content to help them close deals.  

    Analyse, Report and Iterate 

    • You'll need to interpret the data around your campaigns and then act on that data to continually improve for the client. 

    Work across teams 

    • Whilst you will be working in the marketing team, you will be expected to work alongside the dev and design team, as well. You’ll be briefing them in on any work you require, and they will occasionally require your expertise as well. The two teams should complement each other.

    • You can work flexi hours when you need to and we are quite flexible when it comes to working from home. Typically the expectation is that you work at least 3 days per week from the office however due to COVID, this has been changed to full remote work in the short-term. We could transition to a day or two in the office with time. 

    Remuneration will be in line with experience and efficiencies.
