Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the Data Engineering vision and roadmap
• Guide architecture across Qlik, Talend, and Microsoft tech stacks
• Support pre-sales and solution design with clients
• Mentor and grow a high-performing, cross-functional team
• Drive innovation, delivery excellence, and internal enablement

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years in data engineering, 3+ in leadership
• Deep expertise in Qlik, Talend, and Microsoft Azure platforms
• Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience
