An appropriate NQF level 7 qualification as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) / Information Technology / Geography, Cartography / Survey / Environmental or relevant related qualification.
Five (5) years of experience at middle/senior managerial level in digital infrastructure development / geographic information systems / telecommunications with a focus on data mapping and analysis environment.
Registration with South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) as a Geographic Information Science Technician/ Technologist/ Professional or relevant registration.

Technical Competencies: Geographic Information Systems (GIS) platforms, systems and software. Data mapping and database management. Digital Infrastructure Planning and mapping.
