Director of Vendor Management - SAAS/Cloud at Signant Health

What You’ll Do:

• Lead as the primary liaison between Signant Health and our offshore development partner.
• Drive delivery quality by implementing KPIs, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving escalations.
• Manage vendor SLA governance and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee software delivery processes, focusing on reducing bugs, improving release quality, and streamlining workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Products, Cloud Ops) to ensure seamless integration of technology into customer operations.
• Plan resource capacity strategically to meet project goals and deliverables.

What You Need:

• Experience managing offshore development teams, preferably with Indian IT service providers.
• Proven track record of improving delivery quality within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in vendor SLAs, KPIs, performance management, and strategic resource planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive accountability and collaboration across global teams.
