An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) as recognized by SAQA in Bachelor of Science (BSc), BCom, LLB and Strategic Planning;
5 years’ experience at middle/ senior management level; Nyukela Certificate (Certificate for entry into the Service Management Service from the National School of Government);
Knowledge of process, system and policy improvement techniques, project management, law and strategic management; Knowledge of procurement directives, procedures, legislative framework governing the Public Service, Financial Management and regulatory framework/ guidelines, prescripts, the Public Service Act, the Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, Departmental Financial Instructions, the Public Finance Management Act and Constitution; Knowledge and experience in office administration.
