REQUIREMENTS
An appropriateBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (NQF level 7) in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related field. A Post-graduate qualification (Honours, Master’s or PHD) in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics or related field will be an added advantage.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience at middle/senior managerial level in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, programme performance monitoring and evaluation is compulsory. Thorough knowledge of frameworks relating to long-term and medium-term planning, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation in the Public Sector.
