• Unplanned field services work
• Optimises resource utilisation to ensure business efficiency
• Prevents unsafe acts and conditions from endangering people and animals
• Manages dispatching information
• Based on an analysis of the effectiveness of the currently utilised processes and business rules, recommends improvements to the dispatching environment
