Key Performance Areas

• Stock accuracy
• OTIF on time in full delivery
• Effective design and management of processes and systems to deliver according to organisational needs
• Effectively engage, motivate and manage people

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary Diploma or N5 in Stock Management is essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ system-oriented DC management experience (10 years is preferred) with high volume products (min. 15,000 SKU’s)
• Implementation of an Automated WMS management
• Manhattan WMS experience (implementation experience is ideal)
• Track record of long tenures, i.e. a minimum of 5 years at a company
• Demonstrated history of system / systemisation improvement
• Managing minimum of 50-70 staff
• Trade union environment is preferred
• High levels of computer literacy
