Job Purpose

Direct the management, implementation, and monitoring of a service focused Service Centre operation in order to achieve the efficient receipt, storage and delivery of the right goods to the right customer at the right time.

• Plan, manage and monitor warehousing operations.
• Manage Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices.
• Manage compliance to relevant safety policies and procedures.
• Manage the Service Centre budgets
• Drive Service Centre performance optimisation and reporting (KPI’s).
• Enable Customer Centricity
• Team human resources management

 Education and Experience 

• Tertiary logistics management or related qualification,
• with 5 years Supply Chain experience in consumable goods
