Requirements

• A degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Social Sciences or a related qualification - to enable effective contributions to VKB’s DEI&B’s 
• Minimum of three years of progressive, related work experience
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to the DEI&B Executive in the execution of the portfolio’s duties.  This includes full administrative support to the Executive as well as the EE/HC Managers as it relates to:
• Employment Equity – communication, strategic planning and administrative oversight
• Providing support to the DEI&B committee and ERG’s as required.
• Supporting new projects and initiatives, including developing documentation, presentations and drafting/assisting with content development for information and communication.
• Organizing events/workshops.
• Extracting data for DEI&B Reports and compiling Reports
• Tracking progress, milestones and supporting the implementation of DEI&B plans across VKB’s member companies.
• Provide guidance and training to the administration resource to ensure that the portfolio’s administration is optimized and that risks are managed.
