Responsibilities

Job Overview:

• Fill in QC-related checklists every 30 minutes and every hour. 
• Ensure that the correct order for the day is packed - have to check for local/ export. 
• Works at straw machine to ensure always filled and attaching straws to cartons.

• Works at straw machine to ensure always filled and attaching straws to cartons
• Ensure the multipacker correctly cluster 6-pack products, ensure the multipacker clusters sleeves and that the sleeves are correctly shrink-wrapped 
• Finally check the robot to ensure that the shrink-wrapped sleeves are packed on pallet 
• Inspect equipment for mechanical malfunction and report problems.  Perform safety and loss control
• Works as relief when Filler Operator goes for break

Qualifications

• Matric
• Experience working in FMCG factory
• Knowledge of Food Safety and EHS standards
