• Our client is looking for an experienced Draughtsman to create high-quality 2D and 3D designs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Draughtsman or Designer.
• SolidWorks experience (essential).
• Strong experience creating 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Automotive industry experience (essential).
• Experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production drawings.
• Experience in sheet metal design will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of CNC, laser cutting and bending processes will be beneficial.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks.
• Produce accurate technical, manufacturing, and fabrication drawings.
• Assist with the design and development of new automotive accessories.
• Improve and modify existing product designs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, production-ready, and comply with company standards.
• Maintain drawing revisions and technical documentation.
• Support manufacturing with technical design information when required.
