RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create detailed drawings and plans for projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications
Review and analyze technical drawings and make necessary revisions
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings
Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the design and construction process
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a draughtsman in the construction industry
Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
SKILLS:
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
