Report daily to an appointed Duty Controller as set out by management.
Be available via cell-phone to answer calls or messages from management, whilst working. Do so in a safe manner whilst driving (eg park safely before answering a call).
Deliver and collect parts, mail, checks and specific equipment, etc.
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of vehicles when required.
To attend to duties required efficiently and timeously without violation of any traffic laws.
To ensure the safekeeping of company assets under one's control at all times.
Fill in log sheets and deliver book after every trip.
Ensure all vehicles are locked after-hours and parked under cover.
Be neatly dressed and professional at all times.
Not to smoke or eat in a company-or customer's vehicle.
Not to carry private passengers in the vehicle.
Not to use company or customer's vehicles for any form of private use.
Report any accident immediately to the manager and the authorities.
Assist with bi-annual stock takes.
Carry out any other reasonable instruction from management.
