    Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM), Functional Consultants and Developers

    Enterprisecloud is looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Consultants and Developers (multiple roles from Intermediate to Senior available) to join our growing team. 

    Microsoft have embarked on radical shifts in what is possible with technology using the Power Platform. As a Functional Consultant in Dynamics at Enterprisecloud, you will work with some of the most well-known organisations in South Africa (and around the world) to implement the latest and best technology available in Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure,  to help our clients with their biggest business challenges. 

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Work with a cross-functional team to implement Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement for our clients. 
    • Customisation of the application to meet the solution design, building workflows with Power Automate (Flow), extending the application with client-side code, building custom apps with PowerApps, and building interactive and informative dashboards using Power BI. 
    • Following Enterprisecloud's proprietary structured Agile implementation approach called "Truenorth".
    • Interacting with-, supporting and managing the client and end users throughout development and implementation, and regularly liaise with key stakeholder groups through the process.
    • Review and resolve technical issues.
    • Working with data.
    • Travel to various parts of the country to support and implement solutions for our clients.

    Essential Requirements

    Technical Skills:

    • Relevant Degree or 3/4-year technical Diploma a plus.
    • 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE essential.
    • Solid understanding of CRM Application implementation.
    • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platforms and the Power Platform a benefit.
    • Understanding of data structures, data entities and data model.

    Soft Skills:

    • Good communication skills - verbal and written
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Solid CRM experience and skills
    • Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Up to date knowledge of technical applications, and a desire for learning new technologies
    • Ability to be adaptable and prioritise accordingly
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
