E-commerce Experience Coordinator

An exciting new opportunity exists for an E-commerce Experience Coordinator to join the Truworths Marketing team. You will work across all brands and websites to manage the day-to-day customer experience on the websites in order to maximise conversions. You will also be required to do analysis on website performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience, briefing required changes and working with the developers to implement these changes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage website configurations, including:
  • Merchandising rules
  • Search rules
  • Personalisation
  • A/B tests
  • Promotions
• Analytics on site performance, customer behaviour, conversion funnels
• Sprint planning (define business requirements, brief developers, compile test cases, project manage deployments to websites)

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in business or Marketing field
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role
• Experience managing website content and configurations using a CMS and administrator tools
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Experience in analysing reports and presenting data
• Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to learn new technology quickly without extensive training
